Position Summary
As an Experience Coordinator - Med Tech, you will safely administer medications, assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes in condition, and build positive relationships with residents, families, and teammates.

Key Responsibilities
Administer medications safely and accurately.
Assist residents with daily care needs.
Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.
Complete required charting and documentation.
Respond to resident needs with compassion and professionalism.
Assist with resident move-ins, transfers, and move-outs.
Follow all community policies, procedures, and state regulations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Current Certified Medication Aide Lisence required.
Minimum 6 months of experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, or a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills required.
