About Our Agency

Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of eight who work together in a supportive and collaborative environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an operations manager for a healthcare group and as a sales consultant with Aflac, experiences that helped shape my leadership style and focus on strong customer relationships. Community involvement is a major focus for our agency. We've hosted community health fairs, coat and turkey giveaways, and actively participate in local outreach efforts. Our business was honored with the Minority Business Award in 2025 and recognized by the Georgia Business Journal as a regional winner for insurance. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ayanna Ford-Bogan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
