Physical Therapist – Home Health / Assisted Living Parker, Castle Rock & Castle Pines Area, Colorado Full-Time or Part-Time | Permanent Day Shift | Weekdays Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing Home Health and Assisted Living team serving the Parker, Castle Rock, and Castle Pines communities. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized, one-on-one patient care while helping patients regain mobility, independence, and overall quality of life in the comfort of their home or assisted living environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions focused on improving strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and functional mobility.
