Enthusiastic and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Sports Trader will manage risk and liability across sportsbook markets, price and trade real-time markets, and monitor league news to make timely market adjustments. Key responsibilities Manage risk and liability across Betr's sportsbook markets in accordance with trading SOPs Price and trade markets in real time, adjusting lines based on action, news, and game state Monitor league news, injuries, and weather to make real-time market adjustments during events Required qualifications 3+ years of experience trading in a Sports Betting platform Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate odds Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
