Details 295-bed acute care hospital setting in the ICU department Neuro specialty focus within the ICU Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM 13-week assignment with every other weekend required Patient ratios of 4:1 on day shift and 5:1 on night shift No on-call requirements May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility Uses Meditech EHR system Requirements Active KY or compact RN license required BLS and NIHSS certifications required (AHA certifications) 1-2 years of acute care experience required Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Active Nursys license verification required at time of consideration Additional Information Hospital provides cardiac care and an advanced neurosurgery program with Spine Center accreditation Serves an 11-county region in south central Kentucky Weekly orientation held on Mondays Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rate Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time American Traveler Job ID P-772205.
