Porter

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Porter to join our team. The Porter will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while supporting day-to-day operations and assisting staff and customers as needed. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas, including common areas, restrooms, entrances, and workspaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain proper disposal areas.
• Assist with moving supplies, equipment, furniture, and other materials as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and report repairs or safety concerns to management.
• Keep outdoor areas, entrances, and walkways clean and presentable.
• Follow all company health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, residents, guests, and coworkers.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
