Toolmaker/Grinder Specialist

Job Description

Ridg-U-Rak is currently seeking an Entry Level Toolmaker/Grinder Specialist to join our team. This is a 1st shift position.

Responsibilities:

Disassembles, cleans, sharpens and reassembles stamping dies.
Operates manual and semi-automatic surface grinders.
Operates manual lathes and vertical milling machines.
Operates precision machining equipment.
Operates forklift, hoists, and die cart lifts.
Other duties as required

Experience:

Strong math skills, ability to read blue prints, and use precision measuring instruments.
Willing to work overtime and weekends. May be required to attend job related classes.
Must obtain personal tools as needed.
