The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced airport environment, ensuring food safety and customer satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service. Adapt to changing menu items and special dietary requests as needed. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
