Job Summary Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation or prescribed radiofrequency beams for radiologic diagnosis and / or intervention. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Required Qualifications - Require Board Certification in Radiology.
- Require registry in MRI and CT. Preferred Qualifications Mandatory Education Preferred Education Required License and Certs ARRT: Amer Reg Rad Technologist
BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
FL RT: Florida Radiologic Tech Preferred License and Certs Employment Screening Requirements As part of Sarasota Memorial Health Care System's commitment to keeping people safe, all individuals providing care to vulnerable populations are required to undergo background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
