Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent industry experience
- Previous experience with semiconductor capital equipment or wafer fabrication technologies
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and complex tooling architectures
- Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot and calibrate semiconductor processing equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment in full cleanroom attire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel for precise data entry
- Understanding of front-end and back-end semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Meticulous manual dexterity for handling 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm wafers
- Knowledge of ISO quality management standards and procedures
Responsibilities
- Set up processing tools and execute deposition routines for various wafer formats including 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm substrate technologies
- Troubleshoot complex equipment anomalies and process variations to maintain tool availability and process stability
- Document measurement results, process parameters, and test data within tracking systems
- Perform technical calculations and input accurate operational metrics into data repositories
- Maintain compliance with ISO quality management standards , cleanroom protocols, and operational safety policies
