Lead Civil & Utility Estimator - Public Works

Top Echelon Software LLC

Confidential Search in Southern California seeks an Estimator for civil and utility projects. You will price earthwork, utilities, trenching, shoring, paving and concrete, build totals from labor, equipment and materials, and prepare bids for public agencies and private clients.

You bring 5+ years in civil or underground utility estimation, a civil engineering or construction management background is a plus, and proficiency with HeavyBid, B2W, Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift and Excel.
