Entry Level Sales Representative

Entry-Level Sales Representative Power Home Remodeling Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team. As a full‑time sales representative, you will be trained in our product line and learn to deliver interactive sales presentations, develop communication and negotiation skills, and advance toward leadership opportunities. Responsibilities Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly, green products and services to customers. Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions on a weekly basis. Engage in team building and mentorship activities. Qualifications Highly developed communication skills. Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and career oriented. Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills. Naturally outgoing and thrives in human interaction. BA/BS preferred. Compensation Sign‑on bonus: $3,900 (paid weekly in $325 increments over twelve weeks of training). Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
