Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Manufacturing Assistant to join our growing team. As a Manufacturing Assistant, you will support the production process by assisting with basic tasks such as material handling, assembly, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will receive training and guidance from experienced team members while gaining hands-on experience in a high-tech, precision-focused industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Support: Assist in the assembly of aerospace parts and components by following instructions and helping with basic tasks such as fastening, aligning, and organizing parts.

• Material Handling: Help with the unloading, sorting, and storage of raw materials and components, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored.

• Quality Control Support: Perform basic inspections of components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Flag any issues to senior team members for resolution.

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep workstations, tools, and machinery clean and organized. Assist with basic upkeep of the manufacturing area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

• Production Support: Assist with the setup of equipment and tools required for manufacturing processes. Follow safety and operational procedures to ensure smooth production.

• Documentation: Help maintain accurate records of production activities, including material usage, inventory levels, and simple quality checks.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines, while learning from more experienced staff members.

• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols at all times, wearing the appropriate protective gear and ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in any manufacturing or assembly role is a plus, but not required.

• Interest in aerospace or engineering fields.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools or machinery.
