Job Details Job Location: Corporate/Chatham - Chatham , VA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, The job of Marketing Coordinator is done for the purpose/s of supporting the organization’s marketing and communications efforts under the supervision of the Marketing Director, providing coordination and administrative support for marketing programs, events, and campaigns; managing marketing assets and collateral; and assisting with brand compliance and vendor relationships. Duties and Responsibilities Photography and content gathering Community event coordination Sponsorship administration Marketing collateral management Apparel and promotional item management Vendor coordination (non-agency vendors) Collecting content for newsletters and campaigns Managing internal marketing requests Trade show and event logistics Brand compliance checks Administrative support for marketing projects Other duties as assignedQualifications: Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, and community partners. Basic photography and content creation skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, or related software. Ability to learn and use marketing, project management, and digital asset management systems. Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
