Clinician - School Based Westchester County (10 or 12 Month) Full Time – Mohegan Lake, NY, US Salary Range: $59,427.74 to $86,506.81 annually Job Overview The School-Based Clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family, and group therapy) in the assigned school district. The Clinician engages with school personnel to assess and coordinate services and participate in activities for students and their families during and after school hours. Essential Duties Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans and all related documentation for client records. Provide at least 25 billable hours per week of psychotherapy to clients and their families using individual, group, family intervention, as well as other agency-approved evidence-based treatment modalities, including off-site visits. Promote integrated, person-centered care. Generate and monitor proper communication with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., schools, protective services, etc.) and maintain records of communications. Serve as on-call clinician as scheduled during rotating basis. Maintain knowledge of OMH regulations as they relate to clinical practice. Essential Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience and licensed (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT). NYS-LMSW or LCSW preferred. Relevant clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families. Knowledge of and experience with multiple modalities and evidence-based interventions. Strong computer skills, with knowledge of electronic health record systems.
