Mental Health Support Staff

In this role, you will offer direct support in residential and community-based settings, assist with daily living and coping skills, and help clients work toward recovery and independence. You will implement service and safety plans, document observations, respond to crises using trauma-informed approaches, and collaborate with therapists, case managers, and families.
