Utility Domain Business Analyst
Artech is currently seeking to add to the Utility Domain Business Analyst position. The job is located in Dallas, TX and is a 6+ month contract. The client is in the Utility Domain.
Job Description:
Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Energy & Utilities clients. Strong understanding of utility business processes such as electric, gas, water, or renewable energy operations. Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, use case development, and stakeholder management. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies. Working knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial data, and utility network mapping processes. Experience collaborating with technical teams, including developers, architects, and GIS specialists. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to create clear documentation including business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
Nice to have skills:
This is a Dallas/TX Onsite position. Mandatory 3 to 5 days work from office - Experience with GIS platforms such as Hexagon Intergraph, Esri ArcGIS or similar technologies. Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within the utilities sector. Experience working in client-facing consulting or large-scale enterprise environments.
