What You'll Do

• Assess and prioritize emergency patients' needs efficiently using the nursing process
• Deliver immediate, evidence-based care in the ER setting
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage patient data and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain clinical documentation accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• CPI certification (Crisis Prevention Institute)
• ACLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
• Proficiency in using healthcare software and communication skills

Preferred:

• Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
