【Position Focus】Capital Markets

As the head of the company’s global talent acquisition, you will drive two core recruitment streams simultaneously:

1. European & US Markets : Build an offshore capital markets team and execute cross-border delivery.
2. Domestic Market (China) : Support key roles within the domestic capital markets team and drive rapid talent acquisition.
3. Candidates must have a background as a global recruitment lead in an international executive search firm or multinational corporation , with deep understanding of capital markets, and the ability to independently execute a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment cycle across time zones, cultures, and languages.

Key Responsibilities

I. Global Recruitment Strategy & Capital Markets Synergy

1. Talent Strategy & Recruitment : Develop a global recruitment resource network aligned with the company’s strategic talent plan, focusing on attracting, identifying, and retaining key and executive-level talent. Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and talent quality, with proven ability to acquire international talent.
2. Organizational & Succession Building : Establish scientific talent assessment systems, succession plans, and leadership development frameworks to build a core talent pipeline. Support post-M&A team integration to ensure organizational stability and effectiveness.

II. Recruitment Channels & Delivery

1. Build and optimize professional recruitment channels for both domestic (China) and local European/US markets, including job platforms and management of high-end executive search firms.
2. Develop domestic and international talent pipelines, and enhance talent database operations.
3. Provide rapid staffing solutions aligned with the company’s strategic development.
4. Participate in designing executive equity incentive plans and collaborate with the compensation team on implementation.

III. Recruitment Systems, Data & Compliance

1. Establish a unified global recruitment dashboard, delivering weekly reports on funnel conversion, cost, cycle time, and quality metrics for both European/US and domestic roles.
2. Lead global ATS deployment to enable cross-regional resume sharing and interview coordination.

Requirements

1. Education & Language

• Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time study), preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• English proficiency as a working language; overseas education background preferred.

2. Experience

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in finance, investment banking, or capital markets, including at least 3 years in global or multinational recruitment management.
• Preferred backgrounds: former experience in investment banking, international executive search firms, or as a global recruitment head in a multinational company.

3. Cross-Border Team Building Capabilities

• Proven success in building offshore teams and strong delivery capability for critical and core roles in domestic capital markets.
• Ability to independently conduct full-cycle English interviews and negotiations with European/US candidates; strong cross-cultural communication skills (familiar with European/US workplace culture and interview practices).
• Rich resources in overseas recruitment channels and executive search firms.

4. Resilience & Multitasking

• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with the capacity to deliver rapid recruitment assignments at critical junctures in capital markets.

5. Bonus Points

• Background in investment banking, Big Four, or international executive search.
• Experience in cross-border capital markets global talent build-out.
• Knowledge of local work visa/permit regulations in European/US markets.
