Data Center Site Due Diligence & Pre-Development Lead

DC BLOX in Atlanta, GA seeks a Manager, Site Due Diligence & Pre-Development to lead development due diligence for prospective data center sites after LOI or PSA. You will coordinate with Land Acquisition, Legal, Engineering, Design, Construction, Utilities and consultants to evaluate feasibility, assess risks, and prepare projects for approval and closing. You’ll oversee multi-disciplinary due diligence, manage entitlements and permitting strategies, build schedules and budgets, and communicate #J-18808-Ljbffr DC Blox
