Job Summary:
A Nuclear Medicine Technologist position is available in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves performing a variety of nuclear medicine procedures and imaging studies. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: Atlanta, Georgia
• Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or NMTCB certification. Education: applicable certification. Experience: 0 years minimum, with 35+ years preferred. Location Requirements: Candidates must be licensed and proficient in both General Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to float between Nuclear Medicine and PET, including direct patient care and indirect responsibilities.
• Additional Information:
  • Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Call Requirements: One weekday per week (4:30 PM 10:00 PM), one weekend per month (Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AM 10:00 PM), potential holiday coverage. Call volume is low with minimal callback.
  • Procedures performed include Whole Body Bone Scans, Lung Scans, Gastric Emptying Studies, Renal Scans, HIDA Scans, Thyroid Uptake and WB Scans, DAT Scans, Lymphoscintigraphy, Parathyroid Scans, FDG PET, and Specialty PET.
  • Equipment: GE and Siemens systems.
  • Parking: $75/month.
  • Dress Code: Gray scrubs required.
  • License: Must be active and applicable.
