We have opportunities around the world for you to contribute to advancements in autonomy, electrification, smart mobility technologies, and more!Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering.Calibration and vehicle data collection knowledge.Hands-on problem solver with strong root cause skills.Independent, self-starter when required.Good communicator and can foster relationships with suppliers.Prior work experience in the industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsCaltools experience preferred; ATI, etc.Emotor, Hybrid, FHEV/PHEV experience preferred.Transmission or powertrain experience preferred.Design/release experience preferred.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesServe as a product development engineer responsible for 10 speed RWD propulsion systems and their integration into vehicle spaces.Take ownership of the transmission system and component warranty, working hand in hand with component engineers.Work as a team to improve part quality and increase the customer experience.Lead root cause investigations and follow-ups with assembly plants and service teams.Work with Powertrain Manufacturing and Vehicle Assembly Plants on manufacturing-related improvement actions.
