Claims Customer Service Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Processing first notice of loss insurance claims, the part-time Claims Customer Service Representative will handle inquiry calls, conduct emergency adjuster call outs, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting call center standards. Key responsibilities Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims and process emergency event FNOL Conduct emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with clients Assist with special projects and uphold the Crawford Code of Conduct Required qualifications High school diploma is required 1-2 years of customer service experience, either face-to-face or via telephony Strong computer and keyboard skills Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with clients over the phone Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
