Oncology Case Manager RN Remote Care Leader

Highmark Health

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management services for members, focusing on quality and cost-effective care. You will assess needs, develop care plans, coordinate services, and monitor progress while controlling utilization.

Required is 5 years of related experience with current RN licensure or multi-state eNLC licensure, plus CCM certification within 36 months of hire. OTA and remote options may apply.
