Salary: $160,000 - $240,000 per year
Job Details
We are seeking a Permanent Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on high net worth individuals and corporations, particularly in the real estate sector. The position may evolve into a Partner role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance for high net worth individuals and corporations, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Conducting comprehensive reviews of federal and state income tax returns.
- Providing strategic tax planning and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and compliant with all tax regulations.
- Preparing and reviewing 1120S returns.
- Utilizing expertise to identify tax‑saving opportunities and strategies for clients.
- Contributing to business development and strategic planning within the company.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Staying up to date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company and clients are fully compliant.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a tax manager role or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate tax, federal and state income tax, tax planning, and 1120S.
- Experience working with high net worth individuals and corporations.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to staying up to date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation highly preferred.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
