Job Overview
Miracle Method is the nation's largest and most recognized surface refinishing company, helping homeowners and commercial clients transform kitchens, bathrooms, and other hard surfaces at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

We are seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to develop relationships, generate leads, and close residential and commercial refinishing projects. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, controlling their own schedule, and earning uncapped commissions.

Duties

• Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities
• Follow up on company-provided leads, conduct consultations, prepare estimates, and close sales opportunities
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, apartment communities, hotels, universities, hospitals, contractors, and facility managers
• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations
• Prepare and present project estimates
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer relationships
• Attend networking events and community functions as needed
• Represent the Miracle Method brand professionally and ethically

Experience

• Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management and account growth
• Strong management skills with experience in business development and sales pipeline development
• Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and customer relationship management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to conduct product demos, analyze market trends, and identify new sales opportunities effectively
• Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive approach to cold calling and direct sales is essential
• Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and upselling within competitive markets
