As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour, Part-time and Full-time positions available. General Purpose: Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations, guestconsumptionand enjoyment. Follows recipes and/or product directions for proper food preparation Maintains quality control for all products, including monitoring freshness of product daily Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart Preparesappropriate equipmentfor cooking Operates kitchen utensils and/or equipment used for weighing, measuring, mixing, washing, peeling, cutting, grinding, stirring, straining, slicing,assemblingand kneading of food products Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing,rotatingand checking temperature of products Receives and inventories food and beverage product and supplies Cleans and sanitizes workstation work station and equipment Ability to perform any other duties as assigned by Department Manager Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands: Frequently stands, uses hands, talks, hears, tastes and smells. Regularly walks and reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.Regularly lifts up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 100 pounds. Regularly worksin extreme heat (non-weather) and near moving mechanical parts. Occasionaly works in extreme cold (non-weather), wet or humid conditions (non-weather), near toxic or caustic chemicals,and inoutdoor weather.Noiselevel is moderate.
