Home Infusion Nurse II: Patient Care Expert
Option Care
Option Care Health seeks an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or alternative infusion settings. You will ensure patient safety under a physician’s plan of care, with supervision as needed, while documenting care in real time for billing and continuity of care.
You must hold an active RN license in your state and CPR certification; infusion nursing experience and travel readiness are preferred.
