Project Management Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Project & Business Analysis
• Support multiple PMs in transmission and distribution programs through data analysis and project activities.
• Organize, validate, and track program-level business data to support reporting and operational decisions.
• Prepare structured documentation, summaries, and insights for stakeholders.
• Contract & Financial Administration
• Assist in the creation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for program needs.
• Process contract requisitions, payment authorizations, and maintain vendor documentation.
• Review invoices, track accruals, and oversee contract performance.
• Tools & Systems
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI for program tracking and analysis.
• Apply advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) for reporting and financial tracking.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and cross-functional partners to gather information and support project needs.
• Provide clear, concise, and timely updates on program requirements and issues.

Skills:

• Business & Analytical Skills
• Strong ability to interpret, organize, and synthesize large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint preferred.
• Organizational & Communication Skills
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in utility operations, transmission/distribution construction, or engineering environments.
• Prior experience supporting multiple PMs or working within a PMO.
