Position Summary

As an Industrial Services Technician , you will be the backbone of our field operations. Working in tight-knit crews under the direction of a Field Supervisor, you will operate heavy-duty specialized equipment to maintain massive industrial machinery. This is a labor-intensive, hands-on role with extensive opportunities to learn high-demand skills in vacuum truck operations, hydro-blasting, and heavy industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Assist with heavy industrial maintenance and facility turnaround projects at major customer sites (steel mills, chemical plants, refineries).
• Equipment Operation: Learn to safely operate high-pressure water blasting equipment (hydro-blasters) and support the staging and operation of industrial vacuum trucks.
• Heavy Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks, which can include shoveling heavy mud/sludge, working in confined spaces, washing out boilers, reactors, silos, and large tanks.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all company and client safety regulations. Properly utilize specialized Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and complete required job safety paperwork.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a crew to finish projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable Transportation: Required to get to the dispatch site/shop daily.
• Rugged Work Ethic: A positive attitude and willingness to tackle "dirty jobs" involving long hours, outdoor environments, and intense physical labor.
• Scheduling Flexibility: Ability to work variable shifts, including heavy overtime, nights, weekends, and occasional travel as required by project schedules.
• Trainability: A strong willingness to learn complex industrial equipment, safety protocols, and field procedures.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience: Previous experience in construction, demolition, concrete/masonry, agricultural labor, or general blue-collar field work is a major plus, but not required . We will train the right candidate!
