Day and Split Shifts Available (7am-7pm or 10am-10pm) | Full-Time

Methodist Home for Children is hiring Youth Care Workers for our Assessment Center in Asheville. If you're dependable, disciplined, and motivated to make a difference, this is your chance to be a role model for youth aged 10–17 who are seeking direction and support.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Serve as a mentor and caregiver to youth during their temporary stay
✔ Lead daily routines and engage them in structured activities
✔ Help assess their needs and contribute to a long-term care plan
✔ Maintain a safe, respectful, and non-punitive environment
✔ Demonstrate strong character, accountability, and professionalism

Shift Pay:
???? $17–$19/hour

Who We Need:

• Job seekers age 21+

• High School diploma/GED or higher

• Valid NC driver’s license

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends/holidays
