Sr. Configuration Analyst/Consultant (Methasoft)

Job-ID33145144Reference26-00647Conexess Group is aiding a top Healthcare client of ours in its search for a Senior Configuration Analyst/Consultant. Independently owns configuration for a module or workflow, ensuring accuracy and integrity for Methasoft and/or Smart Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Configure workflows, rule logic, forms, and decision tablesPartner with Client and Product Owners for requirement clarityPerform configuration testing and validate expected behaviorTroubleshoot configuration issues and identify root causesDocument reusable configuration componentsSTANDARD EXPECTATIONS:Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality.Communicate clearly and effectively to person(s) receiving services and their family members, guests and other members of the health care team.Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:3-6 years with Methasoft and/or Smart EMRsStrong systems logicConfiguration proficiencyAnalytical thinkerProactive communicator#LI-RB1
