Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient service delivery.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of housekeeping or hospitality experience, with prior supervisory work preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
