Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Company Benefits:*** 6% 401k match* Day one medical, dental, vision, RX (get all starting as low as $33.00/month!)* HSA with company contribution* Monthly bonus (possibility of up to 11%)* 10 paid vacation days (prorated first calendar year)* Paid personal days* 11 paid holidays* Annual merit increases* Opportunity for overtime hours/shifts* Education Tuition Assistance**Available Shift:*** 2nd shift: 3:00pm -11:30pm Monday - Friday* 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday**Job Description:*** Utilize PM as the proactive means of controlling machine up/down time* Organize and document log out / tag out procedures* Manage oil analysis program for all required equipment* Vast knowledge of the principles on how the machinery / equipment / tools work* Skilled and knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment* Skilled and knowledge on electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic component and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment* Skilled and knowledge on performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control and robotic controls* Skilled and knowledge in PM program and importance of accurate and timely PM tasks* Skilled and knowledge in performing on the installation of new manufacturing equipment**Knowledge and Skills*** Knowledge of the basic principles on how the machinery/equipment/ tools work.* Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical of CNC machines, welding machines, overhead crane, compressors etc.* Skilled & knowledge of electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic component and troubleshoot on the problem of CNC machines, welding machines, overhead crane, compressors etc.* Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machines* Skilled & knowledge in performing on the installation of new manufacturing equipment.* Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.* Skilled & knowledge of electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic components and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment.* Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machines* Skilled & knowledge in PM programs and importance of accurate and timely PM tasks* Skilled & knowledge in performing on the installation of new manufacturing equipment.**Top Candidates Will Also Have:*** Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCaterpillar is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status; however, as a global company, Caterpillar offers many job opportunities outside of the U.S. which can be found through our employment website at ### **Summary Pay Range:**$26.90 - $33.60Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
