Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team to address individual client needs.

• Prepare and complete documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to maintain high-quality service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to guide clinical decisions and effectively track client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and programs to develop and implement tailored positive behavior support plans.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the maintenance of high service standards.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and other service systems, fostering collaboration and resource sharing.

• Engage with local, state, and federal organizations to build relationships that further our mission and identify new funding sources.

• Seek ongoing personal and professional development through conferences, workshops, and opportunities to represent the agency.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of Diamond Path Counseling.
