UAB Medicine

UAB Medicine seeks a Nurse Home Visitor to provide comprehensive nursing services to women and families eligible for the NFP Program. The RN will adhere to the NFP model and lead agency guidelines, reporting to the NFP Nurse Supervisor. The position serves Washington, Clarke, Monroe, Wilcox, Marengo, Choctaw and Perry Counties and involves a caseload of up to 25 clients with a focus on education, support and referrals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
