Facilities Technician

Development of policies and procedures to effectively carry out safety, facility maintenance and performance, training and quality assurance programs Overall responsibility for facility-related preventative and unscheduled maintenance processes Ensuring that all required reports are delivered on time Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives Compliance with the ISO-9001 quality program for facility maintenance Responsible for the day-to-day oversight, management and leadership of the Crossroads maintenance facilities, always ensuring safety, coordinating periodic planned maintenance of the facility and coordinating all sub-contractors’ activities performed in support of facility maintenance.
