Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region (and now Florida!), whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.What you'll be doing:We have a new, snazzy brewery in Ft Myers! The General Manager (GM) is integral to providing a superior experience for both staff and guests. The GM does just what you think they would! It is of upmost importance to us that the GM of our FL site adapts to the RBC culture and brings that energy, vibe, and history to our new friends down south.This full-time position oversees all operations of the taproom and plays a strategic role to drive profitability and meaningful growth. The GM manages staff, coordinates schedules, maintains quality standards, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. Reporting to the Director of Taproom Operations, the GM also develops and executes business strategies, manages budgets, and fosters a positive work culture that reflects brand values. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for craft beer/cider/cocktails and hospitality are essential.As part of the restaurant industry, weekend and evening availability are required.What you'll need:Minimum of high school diploma; advanced degree a plusMinimum of two (2) years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting; brewery/beverage industry a plusStrong knowledge of full-service restaurant operationsExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staffStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance metricsExceptional guest service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and efficiencyKnowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office computer applicationsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysPassion for craft beverages, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiencesForklift certification a plusAuthorized to work in the U.S.Why Us?RBC and BCW is located in the heart of the City of Good Neighbors, Buffalo, NY.
