Job Duties Evaluate current receiving and inventory control processes. Train and mentor warehouse employees on best practices for receiving, RFID tag management, pallet labeling, and inventory accuracy. Ensure accurate receiving transactions, labeling, and RFID data management. Assist with cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy resolution. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with warehouse leadership to implement standardized procedures and sustainable training practices. Requirements 5+ years of experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of RFID systems, inventory management, and warehouse receiving processes. Experience training or coaching warehouse employees preferred. Proficient with warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
