Pay: $125 - $150/hr.

Position Summary

The Physician provides comprehensive occupational health and urgent care services,

applying evidence-based medical principles to diagnose, treat, and manage work-related

injuries and illnesses. This role partners closely with clinical staff and leadership to

ensure exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in

service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, illnesses, and urgent care conditions

● Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in accordance with

company policies

● Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to deliver coordinated,

high-quality care and customer service

● Support management in identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational or

clinical challenges

● Evaluate existing clinical practices and recommend improvements to enhance

care quality and efficiency

● Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, corporate policies, and quality

standards

● Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical medical practices

● Participate in quality assurance initiatives and assist in resolving clinical issues

● Communicate staff feedback, concerns, and suggestions to the Medical Director

● Support clinical staff in understanding and adhering to policies and procedures

● Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain relevant professional

affiliations

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

● Strong knowledge of occupational medicine practices and work-related injuries

and illnesses

● Familiarity with applicable medical regulations, policies, and procedures

● Proficiency with medical equipment and clinical documentation

● Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

● Effective written and verbal communication skills

● Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

 

Education & Licensure

● Graduation from an accredited medical school

● Active and unrestricted Physician license in the state of CA

 

Experience

● Background in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice

considered
