Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist Location: Albany, NY (Onsite/Hybrid as required) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations professional to support North America Brand Management by driving operational excellence, integrated marketing execution, and strategic planning. This role manages marketing operations, campaign readiness, seasonal workflows, project budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated marketing initiatives successfully. Key Responsibilities: Support development and execution of integrated marketing strategies Lead marketing operations projects, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables Drive seasonal campaign readiness through marketing milestone gates Monitor campaign health, identify risks, and recommend mitigation to leadership Manage seasonal marketing workflows and project portfolios Ensure accurate, timely completion of project inputs within planning systems Develop and optimize systems, tools, and processes for operational efficiency Manage category marketing assets and coordinate execution materials Establish accountability for budgets, forecasting, and spend alignment Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and reduce waste Track marketing metrics and project performance for ROI evaluation Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree + 5 years directly relevant experience (Marketing Operations, Brand Management, Project Management, or Marketing Program); equivalent education/experience combinations considered Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution Strong project management and marketing operations background Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and workflows Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent marketing initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large enterprise or global marketing organizations Familiarity with marketing planning/workflow management platforms Knowledge of integrated retail, digital, and brand marketing operations Experience collaborating with creative teams and external agencies #J-18808-Ljbffr HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm
