We're seeking board‑eligible/board‑certified MD/DO anesthesiologists to support our rapidly expanding growth, working in operating room, procedural and obstetrics suite environments. Opportunities currently exist at our Baltimore Washington Medical Center (BWMC) practice. Duties include clinical care and some teaching of learners at various levels – student registered nurse anesthetists, residents, etc. BWMC has been recognized as one of the best hospitals in the region for more than 20 years. Salary Range – Fixed Base Compensation (Clinical Faculty w/ MD Degree) Instructor – $310,000 to $440,000 Assistant Professor – $243,593 to $463,092 Associate Professor – $302,830 to $492,545 Professor – $299,029 to $518,934 The referenced salary range reflects fixed base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. This salary range does not include all components of the Department of Anesthesiology faculty compensation program or pay from participation in incentive compensation programs. Therefore, the actual compensation paid to the selected candidate may vary from the salary range stated herein.
