The position involves providing specialized care in the Mother/Baby department, supporting patient needs during nights. This role is ideal for a dedicated HCP with a focus on maternal and neonatal health to deliver exceptional care in a dynamic environment. Job Details Location: Plano, Texas Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, CPR certification, Bachelors degree in Nursing, minimum of 0 years of experience, ability to work nights, and current authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in labor and delivery or mother/baby care, additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) may be preferred Additional Information: This position requires adherence to facility policies and protocols, including SOPs and safety standards for maternal and neonatal care.
