Full Time Boonville, NY, US Salary Range: $25.00 To $35.00 Hourly Position Summary The Inventory Coordinator at Agile Sourcing Partners, Inc. works effectively and efficiently in a construction yard environment to coordinate the receipt and tracking of all incoming and outgoing materials from the yard from all vendors and manufacturers within the company ERP system. This shipping and receiving role works closely with the company project team on site to ensure customer satisfaction. The Inventory Coordinator must have excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments and ensures associated paperwork and records are accurate and complete. Maintains paper records for all incoming shipments Transposes shipping and receiving information into company ERP System. Ensures accurate record keeping and updating company ERP with receipts and shipments to ensure all materials status reports are accurate daily. Creates and manages all shipping documentation for all materials released from the yard to the client Interfaces with accounting & finance departments to forward relevant documentation. Performs administrative duties like answering phones, updating records, and providing excellent customer service. Assists in auditing of material as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint) Excellent organization and analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, think strategically, problem solve and collaborate with team members. Highly motivated, results focused and act with a high sense of urgency. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Education and Experience Required education and experience High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years’ experience working in warehouse or construction yards 1-2 years’ experience in shipping and receiving Preferred education and experience Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or in a directly related discipline OSHA 10/30 Certification First Aid and CPR Certified Experience in the electrical construction industry 3+ years of shipping/receiving experience Experience with ERP inventory management systems #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
