Our client is a well know Architecture firm that has been in business for over 100 years and is continuing to grow. This person is going to be responsive for overseeing the design process, working directly with clients, and managing a team of designers. Key Responsibilities Schematic design through construction administration AutoCAD (required) and Revit (preferred) production Project setup, redlines, CDs, and 3D modeling Client, consultant, and internal team coordination Cost estimating and take‑offs Direct work with principals; leadership growth over time Requirements 4–6+ years experience License optional Strong CD, design, and project management skills K–12 experience helpful but not required Health & dental, 401k, PTO, sick & personal days, holidays, flex time, and summer hours.
