• Monitor and support individuals who have undergone invasive surgeries, suffered trauma, or are experiencing organ failure.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in critical care settings.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of recent experience in an ICU setting.
• Possession of a Wisconsin State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to adapt to various patient needs and work effectively under pressure.
