We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers’ businesses and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests for appliance service
- Evaluate and diagnose commercial appliance problems
- Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
- Repair appliances
- Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
- Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
- Teach business owners and operators how to maintain their appliances
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
- High school diploma/GED
- Associate degree or appliance repair certification preferred
- Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Excellent customer service skills
