Assist with routine office operations, student services, and special projects. Qualifications Education and Certification: Must be actively enrolled Junior or Senior in a Denton ISD Career Prep program throughout employment Experience: None required Knowledge and Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to interact professionally with students, staff, parents, and community members Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Ability to manage multiple tasks Proficient organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Basic skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Key Responsibilities Campus Office Support Assist campus office staff with clerical and administrative duties as assigned Answer phones, route calls, take messages, and provide basic information to students, staff, parents, and visitors Assist with student check-in/check-out procedures and visitor assistance as directed Prepare, organize, and file records and documents May assist with mail distribution, copying, and other routine office tasks Create student identification cards and assist with other campus support functions as assigned Provide courteous and professional customer service to students, staff, parents, and visitors Safety and Compliance Follow district policies, campus procedures, and applicable safety protocols.
