Compensation: $68 - $71 hourly Responsibilities: Provide pain management to patients Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments Diagnose and treat chronic pain Order diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and other treatments Develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive care measures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Qualifications: Experience: Experience in providing chronic pain management care for patients Knowledge of pain practices and procedures Expertise in the use of medications to manage chronic pain and alternatives Proficient in using electronic health record systems Qualifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant certification in MN Master's degree in Nursing or certified Physician Assistants program from an accredited program Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant About Company Our Mission Our mission is to serve nursing homes and their patients by providing on‑site expert pain management care, to prevent functional decline and reduce readmission rates.
