Service Advisor/ Build Specialist - Off Road Place

Build Specialist/ Off Road Advisor Off‑Road Place is looking to hire an exceptionally skilled Build Specialist/Service Advisor who is passionate about the Off‑Road/Overland sector. The individual will bring a growth mindset and parts catalog knowledge to recommend after‑market parts and accessories for Toyota/Lexus vehicles. They will provide prompt estimates, manage shop schedules, and uphold a detail‑oriented culture. Key Responsibilities Provide estimates/quotes to clients promptly. Check internal customer support platforms daily to respond to inquiries. Be available to answer phone calls, texts, and emails via a 3rd‑party app. Maintain a working knowledge of build specifications for current and previous two generations of vehicles. Assist in curating the product catalog for the off‑road shop. Provide exceptional customer service. Maintain and project brand image and culture at all times. Manage shop calendar to assist timely workflow of technicians. Assist in maintaining brand/vendor relations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor, Build Specialist, or dedicated Off‑Road Advisor. Knowledge of product offerings for varied makes and models, primarily Toyota/Lexus 4x4 vehicles. Strong customer service background. Excellent time‑management skills. Preferred Experience Has built their own rig or assisted in building rigs. Can work autonomously with little to no input. Primarily knowledgeable about Toyota and Lexus vehicles (4Runner, Tundra, Tacoma, Sequoia, FJ Cruiser, Land Cruiser 80/100/200 series). Physical Demands The role requires regular talking or listening, standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
